A lot of businesses and brands sell to people who are not ready to be sold to. People have to go through several stages to the customer journey. And if you try to sell to somebody who is too early in that customer journey, at an earlier stage, it's not gonna work.

The 5 stages and the 5 buyer beliefs. The first one is the diagnostic stage, the diagnostic belief. Stage 2 is the new direction. Stage 3 is the unique solution. Stage 4 is the method. And then stage 5 is the best next step.

In order for somebody to move from one stage, of the customer journey into the next stage, they have to come to a decision. Until they decide, until they decide to take action in some way, they're gonna be stuck in a certain stage. So the ViBuyer believes for for this specific product.
